What does "From $300 per month" depend on?
The number of bank and credit card accounts you have and how many transactions run through them each month. You'll see your exact monthly price in writing before any work begins.
Do I need QuickBooks Online?
Yes. Monthly bookkeeping is done in QuickBooks Online. If you're on spreadsheets or another system, QuickBooks Setup can get you moved over cleanly.
How do I send receipts?
Snap a photo in the QuickBooks app or forward them by email as they come in. They're matched to your transactions during the month.
What if my books are behind?
We'll bring them current first with a Cleanup & Catch-Up, then start your monthly routine from a clean starting point.
Do you prepare tax returns?
No. We keep your books accurate and organized so tax time goes smoothly, and we're glad to coordinate with your CPA when it's helpful.
